CRISL has assigned “AA+” rating in the Long Term and “ST-3” rating in the Short Term with ‘Stable Outlook’ to Unique Hotel & Resorts Limited with rating validity up to April 16, 2023. Unique Hotel & Resorts Limited got rated on TIO/WCLL/WCIL of Tk. 5910.332 million from United Commercial Bank Ltd., Prime Bank Limited, Standard Chartered Bank Ltd. and Dutch-Bangla Bank Ltd.
