CRISL has assigned “A” rating in the Long Term and “ST-3” rating in the Short Term with ‘Stable Outlook’ to Shamsul Alamin Real Estate Limited with rating validity up to December 30, 2024. Shamsul Alamin Real Estate Limited got rated on WCLL of Tk. 470.00 million from Dhaka Bank PLC.
